The site is operated by DiGallo Apartments, Drakovci 9, 22242 Jezera, Croatia. Its purpose is to present the accommodation and receive booking enquiries.

Sending an enquiry through the form creates no contract or obligation. Your selected dates become a booking only once the host expressly confirms them by e-mail. Until confirmation, the host may allocate the dates to another guest.

The maximum number of guests is 5, and the longest stay that can be requested through the site is 30 nights. For special requests, please contact us directly.

Prices are shown in euros per night and apply at the time of display; the price stated in the booking confirmation is decisive. Nothing is charged on the site - payment method and timing are arranged directly with the host.

Date changes and cancellations are arranged directly with the host using the contact details on the site. Please get in touch as early as possible so we can find the best solution.

Under Croatian regulations, the host must register guests with the competent authorities (the eVisitor system). Guests are required to provide the data needed for registration on arrival (e.g. ID document details).

Guests undertake to use the accommodation with care and in line with the arrangement made with the host, and are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

The content of the site - texts, photographs, logo and graphic design - is owned by DiGallo Apartments or used with permission. Copying or public use without prior written consent is not permitted.

We prepare the content of the site diligently and keep it up to date, but we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of all information or uninterrupted availability of the site. The host’s liability regarding the accommodation is governed by Croatian law.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. We will seek to resolve any dispute amicably; otherwise, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia has jurisdiction. Consumer complaints may be submitted in writing to the address or e-mail stated on the site; we reply within the statutory deadline.
